Description
- Weldskill 70S-6 is a copper coated, low carbon steel filler rod suitable for the oxy-acetylene (fusion) welding and Gas Tungsten Arc (TIG) welding of a wide range of mild and medium strength steels.
- Weldskill 70S-6 is recommended for the TIG welding of steel pipes, plates and castings with a tensile strength in the 500 MPa class.
- It is tolerant to surface rust and mill scale and is ideal for root pass welding applications where tough and ductile welds are produced.
